All products are covered by our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any products you purchased from us for any reason, please return in like new condition in original packaging and we will replace the merchandise, provide you with a store credit, or refund your money. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number). Our service department will provide you with instructions on how to return your product and receive your credit, exchange, or refund. In order to be accepted, ALL MERCHANDISE must be returned in like-new condition with all original packaging, clearly labeled with the RMA Number.
- Policy regarding items damaged during shipping.
In order to receive exchange, credit, or refund for items damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged merchandise. - Policy regarding customized items.
Customized Items (items with custom embroidery, custom printing, etc) can only be exchanged for product defect or damage occurred during shipping, and will only be replaced by the same item with the same options and customization.
Shipping.
Due to shipping limitations imposed on us by carriers, we are currently unavilable to ship PO Boxes, APO Military Addresses, and addresses outside of the continental United States. **If you want to send items to a Service Member currently overseas fighting for our country, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to make special arrangements. Sales Tax.
State law requires us to collect sales tax on all purchases shipped to North Carolina addresses. Purchases delivered to states other than North Carolina will not be assessed sales tax unless otherwise required by law.
