College basketball fans wait all year for this day to come.  Tomorrow, March 20th is the day the first round of the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament begins.  Here on Tobacco Road, most offices will be quiet, as they were last Thursday and Friday in honor of the ACC Tournament. The North Carolina Tar Heels won the ACC Tournament, and with the Number 1 seed overall in the NCAA, the Heels are looking to take home the NCAA title as well.  It won't be an easy task though, the field this year is full of great basketball talent as college basketball nationwide has seen considerable parity this season.  Expect some upsets as always, but all of the Number 1 seeds are solid.  If you like college basketball, March 20th marks your temporary ascent into heaven.
