Question: Are your products licensed?

Every watch sold at CollegeWatchStore.com is officially-licensed through the respective school or university and its agents. This means that a percentage of every sale benefits the college or university through royalties and scholarship programs. This also means that every watch and every design has been approved by the respective school and/or its agents and meets strict standards on design, quality and product liability insurance.
Question: Are purchases secure?
Answer: Absolutely.

Question: How much is shipping?
Answer: $5.95 to the continental United States
Costs are going up for every American in every facet of our lives. Often we are surprised at just how high these costs are rising. From the cost of milk at the grocery store to gas at the pump, we are being squeezed on all sides.
At CollegeWatchStore.com we understand that, and in an effort to help we have instituted a flat one-price shipping fee on all items delivered in the Continental United States. No matter if you order 1 watch or 100, live in North Carolina or California, you can rest assured that your shipping charges will be just $5.95. You get enough surprises with the government and the grocery store... there will be no surprises here.
Question: How long does shipping take?
Answer: Usually about a week or so.
In order to offer dozens of watch styles for over 150 schools, we don't maintain stock on every item we sell. If we did, our overhead for warehouse space would be much higher, we'd have to hire more people and we'd have to raise prices significantly. So in order to offer you the best prices and best selection, we have negotiated fulfillment contracts directly with the manufacturers of the collegiate watches we sell. They maintain most of the stock, we guarantee your purchases and process the transaction, and your order is shipped to your promptly.
Under this arrangement, most orders leave the warehouse within 1-4 business days and are shipped via UPS Ground. Sometimes it takes a bit longer, likewise sometimes they ship the same day. But generally, all watches ship within a few days and arrive at their destination in 1-5 days after shipment.
This means you could receive your watch the next day, or you could receive it in a little more than a week. Either way your shipping costs are the same low $5.95 rate.
AND, you will never be charged until your item actually ships. Once your order is placed we verify funds and put a hold on your credit card, but we never complete the transaction until your watch is on its way to you.
Question: Do you charge sales tax?
Answer: Only when required by law.
We all pay enough taxes, don't we? In these times it seems the government should be taxes us less, not more. If your watch is being delivered in the state of North Carolina, we are required to collect Sales Tax and pay it to the state. Otherwise, we will not charge or collect sales tax on any order unless required by law.
Question: How many schools do you have merchandise for?
Answer: A whole bunch!
Currently CollegeWatchStore.com offers officially-licensed college logo watches for over 150 different colleges and universities. So there is a good chance that we have something for your favorite team or alma mater.
Because of licensing agreement and various manufacturer contracts, every design is not available for every school. But we have made every effort to have the most diverse and complete collection of high-quality collegiate licensed watches anywhere on the web.
Question: Do your watches come with a warranty?
Answer: Yes, every watch we sell has a manufacturers warranty.
CollegeWatchStore.com only sells the best officially-licensed collegiate watches and time pieces, and each of them include a warranty. Not only does every watch include our 30 day satisfaction guarantee (and NO RESTOCKING FEE), but every watch includes a warranty directly from the manufacturer. Some of our watches have a one year manufacturer's warranty, some have a two year warranty, some a three year, and some a limited lifetime warranty. As we are an authorized source for all the of the watches we carry, every watch will be honored by their respective manufacturer's warranty.
